Top triggers of autoimmune diseases:

• Gut radiation (can create dysbiosis)
• EBV (Virus) or other infections
• Stress
• Low vitamin D
• Low zinc
• Dysbiosis (change in microbiom, e.g. antibiotics, Glyphosate in GMO )
• Drugs (e.g. Steroids)
• Poor diet and/or GMO foods
• Toxicity

A natural plan for autoimmune diseases:

1. Put EBV in remission:
• Lower your stress
• Increase your vitamin B1
• Increase your potassium and magnesium
• Increase your vitamin D
• Increase your zinc
• Do aerobic exercise (long walks, bike rides not too intense, go to Arcadis with bike)

2. Handle dysbiosis by taking probiotics (start with small amounts) and consuming fermented vegetables
3. Do a 48-hour fast every two weeks (start with 24h every week)
4. Lower your inflammation:
• Do fasting
• Take vitamin D
• Get plenty of omega-3 fatty acids

Internal chronology regiment

maintain a regular bedtime (from 10:00 p.m. to 02:00 a.m., is really important, Growth hormone that accelerates metabolism is generated from 10 pm to 2 am.  It makes new skin.), sleep tight, and get ouf of bed after waking up, preferably same time every day.
Rhythm- we walk and feed the dog at similar time, why not do it for ourselves

breakfast around 8, lunch 12:30, (maybe smoothie in between ) dinner 18-19

When you stray away often from a routine, it causes stress on the body
